Coronavirus detection dashboard in Axis Bank branches all over India, along with other UI/UX projects for one of India's largest banks
Axis Bank, as the 3rd largest private sector bank in India, provides a comprehensive range of financial services to various customer segments, including Large and Mid-Corporates, MSME, Agriculture, and Retail Businesses.
Brandbook, a reputable web design and development company, joined forces with another design studio for an exciting journey, collaborating with Axis Bank. Together, we undertook the challenge of delivering a segment of their website and mobile app, aligning with Axis Bank's specific needs and goals, all within the set timeframe. Understanding the intricate banking data and structuring it into a cohesive user flow posed a significant challenge. Nevertheless, our expertise in website design and development, including responsive web design, enabled us to overcome these obstacles. Creating user interfaces for both the mobile and website screens became a more enjoyable and seamless process once we had solved the complexities.
Despite completing wireframes, information architecture, and developing the website and mobile apps, the work was not entirely finished. Real user testing remained a crucial step, and we conducted rigorous testing sessions to identify and address pain points before the final releases.
